Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/CA or similar will be consider as a plus point
∎ Skills Required: Advanced user of MS Office tools (Especially on MS Excel).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, salary and wages sheet verification & finalization.
∎ Should have competency on computer-based accounting system & advanced knowledge in Excel and ensure transactions are properly recorded in to software in a timely manner.
∎ Establish and enforce to maintain accounting principles, practices & procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements preparation in accordance of BFRS.
∎ Checking of Bank payment, Receipt and journal Voucher through accounting software & check monthly cash/credit sales & collection.
∎ Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such as suppliers bill provisioning, suppliers' payments, advance adjustments, import monitoring and checking landing cost related journals.
∎ Conducting Internal Audit on regular basis at Segment wise and in warehouses for Raw Materials, Work in process and finished goods stock.
∎ Establish Costing, Cost control & cost reduction procedures.
∎ Sound knowledge on income Tax and VAT matters.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements using customized Accounting Software.
∎ To ensure compliance with all corporate governance and group policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing and submitting all the site management accounts and other management report.
∎ Communicate and maintain banking relationship by Reconciliation of all the Bank account.
∎ Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on timely basis as well as to report head office or regular basis.
∎ To follow the guideline of higher management of the company by complying all the legal policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on the advanced level of excel.
∎ Competent in the latest office programs including, accounting software, etc.
∎ Should be self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
∎ Fluent in English & Bengali.
∎ Good presentation and communication skills.
