Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support and manage day-to-day accounting activities. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate transaction recording, supporting tax-related documentation, and maintaining proper files and ledgers.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish internal processes within the department to streamline workflow and operations.
Prepare, maintain, and update TDS-related records, challans, certificates, and supporting documents
Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the cash book, bank book, payroll, and general ledger
Assist in preparation of balance sheets and other basic financial statements
Maintain accurate payroll records, salary sheets, and related documentation
Maintain proper files and documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and financial records
Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, bills, and supporting documents
Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis
Assist in handling tax and VAT processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain and monitor petty cash and track daily expenses
Ensure strict confidentiality and secrecy of all financial, payroll, and company-related information
Ensure all accounting records are maintained in accordance with standard accounting practices and company policies
Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related information when required
