Job Description/ Responsibility.

• Preparing and reviewing daily reporting, including analysis of balances from the previous day and investigation of open items.
• Assisting the Financial Controller.
• End of Month close, balance sheet reconciliation & commentary.
• Cash flow management & forecasting.
• Audit & tax duties.
• Budgeting and forecasting of treasury costs.
• Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts.
• Maintain general ledger and preparation/review of trial balance.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to reporting deadlines.
• A team player with an assertive personality.
• Communicating/translating these to the Business so Internal Controls.
• Record financial transactions
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close
• Reconcile general ledger account
