Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain day-to-day accounts using QuickBooks and on excel
Record all financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks and on excel
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
Maintain proper documentation for expenses, payments, and receipts
Handle VAT & TAX related work (VAT challan, Mushak, TDS, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audit
Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh financial regulations
Provide financial reports and support to management as required
