Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
The Finance & Accounts Department is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective budget control, and financial governance of the organization. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and management to support sound financial decision-making and organizational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function and strategic financial planning
- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting to management and stakeholders
- Formulate financial policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks
- Oversee taxation strategy, statutory compliance, and risk management
- Provide financial insights for business expansion, investment, and cost optimization
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and senior management
- Review and approve budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures
- Mentor and develop finance team members
