• BBA, MBA, or M.Com in Accounting or Finance

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• 3-5 years relevant audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment

• CA (CC) or part-qualified from a reputed CA firm will get preference

• Practical exposure to raw materials, procurement, stores, inventory, construction, HR, and financial audits

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and Tally

Position Summary

Shah Fatehullah Textile Mills Limited is seeking a competent Internal Auditor (Factory) to conduct comprehensive audits across factory operations. The role involves end-to-end audit responsibility, covering the full business cycle from raw material LC opening to finished goods delivery and post-delivery financial settlement, including procurement, stores, construction, and human resource activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the complete operational and financial cycle from raw material LC opening to finished goods delivery and financial closure

• Audit procurement and purchase department operations, including pricing analysis, vendor selection, and quality due diligence

• Check L/C commission, bank interest, and charges

• Audit Central Store and General Store, covering raw materials, finished goods, machinery spare parts, and all mechanical and electrical items

• Review inventory movement, production, finishing, delivery, and ERP-based records

• Audit construction management activities, including construction materials, equipment, machinery, supplies, and contractor bills

• Audit Human Resource department activities, including attendance, payroll, overtime, and policy compliance

• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions

• Verify TDS and VDS from bills and salary

• Maintain Fixed Asset Register
