Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be a Retired Senior Government Official (Senior Secretary, Secretary, Additional Secretary) OR a Retired Military Officer (Lt. General, Major General, Brigadier General).
∎ Retirement date must not be earlier than 2022 (no more than 3 years retired).
∎ Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high-level government connections.
∎ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and government structures in Bangladesh.
∎ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex political and regulatory environments.
∎ Proven leadership experience in managing government relations or external affairs in a corporate or public sector setting.

∎ Build, manage, and sustain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key policymakers.
∎ Represent Shah Fatehullah Group in meetings with government officials, ensuring the company’s interests are effectively communicated and advocated.
∎ Monitor changes in government policies, regulations, and legislation that could impact the company’s operations and advise the executive team accordingly.
∎ Use existing government networks to facilitate business opportunities, regulatory support, and strategic partnerships.
∎ Provide guidance on government-related risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to align business objectives with government policies and initiatives.
∎ Lead external communications and manage relationships with industry associations and other influential bodies
