Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a competent and committed professional with 3-4 years' work experience in Accounts/Finance preferably in an INGO with at least one year's experience in similar job. Has Knowledge on and experience in working with corporate financial software and ability to prepare financial reports for the organization using financial data, information and records. The post holder needs to possess adequate exposure in related area with knowledge on statutory audit requirement for development organization, especially NGOAB requirements. Ability to Business correspondence and willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at the time of disaster within Plan working area or outside.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT 68640.00 to 77000.00 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
