Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all aspects of the compliance function, including performing all of the tasks normally completed by a seasoned investment adviser including buy/sell of securities.
∎ Evaluate appropriateness of valuation methodologies and conclusions for capital market securities.
∎ Perform month-end closing procedures.
∎ Reconcile internal records with custodial bank.
∎ Oversee the finance functions of Asset Management Company, including budgeting, expense management and maintaining responsibility for all financial reporting requirements.
∎ Improve and monitor internal processes, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and consistently introducing process improvement measures.
∎ Understand data needs of the research team and ensure these needs are met through a comprehensive data strategy and outcomes.
∎ Prepare periodic reports to be submitted to BSEC and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Calculate NAV of the fund on a weekly basis.
∎ Any other tasks as required by the management.
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills.

∎ Must be fluent in spoken and excellent in written English
∎ Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced environment & demonstrate initiative.
∎ Pro-active, goal-oriented and organized team player.
∎ Excellent Microsoft skills with ability to design and maintain complex financial models and to drive high quality financial presentations.
∎ Must be well-versed with securities industry laws, rules and regulations as dictated by Security Exchange Commission, various stock exchanges, Banking Laws, state jurisdictions and company policies and procedures.
