Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR and Administrative support: Preserve Personal Files, Leave records of staff, Organize and assist recruitment
∎ Record keeping/ maintenance: maintain and preserve records such as, leave registrar, attendance and movement registrar, personal files, receive and dispatch registrar, house rent agreement file, vehicle agreement, all kinds of legal documents such as FD-6, registration certificates etc.;
∎ Procurement;
∎ Organize training & workshop and provide logistic support.
∎ Assist annual operational plan of SCE project jointly with the regional team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 (one) year's experience in similar position of development programs;
∎ Voucher preparation;
∎ Budget preparation and controlling;
∎ Financial reporting;
∎ Procurement;
∎ Logistics support and documentation;
∎ Computer operations.
Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Each festival bonus is equivalent to 50% of consolidated salary

With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its program to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources. RDRS employees approximate 3,700 staff and works with a further approximately 1,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
