∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Administrative, Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for maintain Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger Book and other book independently.
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording and posting of all transaction in QuickBooks or TallyPrime accounting System
∎ To ensure all accounting source documents are accurately recorded and preserved in the Books of Accounts/ Accounting software.
∎ Prepare Bill, Vouchers according to supporting bills of expenditures and posting into the accounting software 'QuickBooks' or "TallyPrime" in due time.
∎ Check all Invoices and accounting document information, to identify consistency between Invoices, vouchers, accounting rules.
∎ Prepare the pay slip, staff salary statements through checking attendance and related salary documents to provide salary through person's account or online bank transfer.
∎ Keep abreast of the local tax laws/requirement. Proper calculations of all taxes must be adhered to and settlement/reporting to government authority timely submitted.
∎ Report to the management in terms of any major non-compliance issues related with VAT & Tax before charging the expenditure.
∎ Ensure compliance of financial policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements, fund requisitions, financial reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Prepare monthly leave status by maintaining leave register, update project staffs personal file and office file.
∎ Knowledge of Banking related works.
∎ Prepare and drafting various official and management letter.
∎ Perform communication and coordination with different agency for payment collection, professional relation development etc.
∎ Overall responsible & supervision for preparation of all required documentation for financial audits in cooperation with Coordination with Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years

∎ Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Specially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Three year working experience in QuickBooks or TallyPrime software.
∎ Candidate should be energetic, hardworking & enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy.
∎ Candidate should have good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress.
