Requirements:
Skills Required: Building Construction,Drawing and Measurement,Safety and Security Management,site supervision
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 20 years
Basic knowledge of construction site operations
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings
Good communication skills in Bangla and English
Willingness to work in outdoor project environments
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Ability to take direction and work in a team
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
- Nusaiba Construction & Technology is looking for passionate and proactive Civil Engineering Interns to assist with on-site supervision, project planning, and technical documentation. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning in real-world construction projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily site supervision and monitoring of construction work
- Support the preparation of project drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Help ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on-site
- Maintain project documentation, site logs, and photo records
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other site personnel
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports as assigned
- Assist in layout marking, leveling, and surveying tasks
- Observe and report technical issues and discrepancies
- Contribute ideas during design, planning, or problem-solving discussions
- Perform other tasks assigned by the site engineer or project lead
