Additional Requirements: Solid knowledge of accounting principles and administrative procedures

Experience with tax and regulatory filing is an advantage

Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: Nusaiba Construction & Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Account & Admin Officer to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and ensure smooth administrative operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, handling office management tasks, and supporting overall company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and maintain petty cash
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and manage company banking operations
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory obligations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies when needed
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Oversee document filing, archiving, and data management
- Handle HR-related paperwork (leave records, attendance, recruitment support, etc.)
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and official correspondence
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional
