Proficient in English (oral and written);

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer, and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of the entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development.
The Health and Nutrition Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 7 institutions and 9 projects. DAM Health and Nutrition Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Accounts and Admin Officer for "Mayer Hashi General Hospital and Diagnostic Center" at Ashulia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility coordination, to ensure efficient hospital functioning.
Assist central HR in the overall recruitment and employee HR relevant relevant process.
Coordinate effectively with various departments to facilitate smooth and uninterrupted hospital operations.
Supervise and manage support staff, including clerical, front desk, housekeeping, and other administrative personnel.
Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records, administrative documentation, and institutional files.
Monitor administrative workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Manage patient billing, invoicing, account reconciliation, and related financial documentation.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees, suppliers, and service providers.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, cash-flow projections, and periodic financial forecasts.
Monitor hospital expenditures, control operational costs, and implement appropriate cost-saving measures.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and relevant regulatory authorities as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal hospital policies.
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation for audit, reporting, and management review purposes.
Provide management with timely financial and administrative information to support effective planning and decision-making.
Perform any other tasks time to time given by the authority.
As a member of the organization, uphold and comply with DAM’s Safeguarding Policies and Code of Conduct, and take appropriate action to prevent, report, and respond to safeguarding concerns in accordance with established procedures.
