Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accounting records in accordance with Financial Management and Accounting Manual of PSTC, Partner’s Financial and Administrative Guideline of Donor and government requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
∎ Responsible for the overall accounts and admin of the project
∎ Prepare and maintain all the bill and vouchers of the project
∎ Visit field offices and provide support to the staff
∎ Maintain inventory and stock registers of the project
∎ Disburse fund and receive financial reports from district offices
∎ Carry out any other of tasks as and when required.
∎ Prepare realistic monthly budgets for the districts offices and monitor expenditure against these budgets.
∎ Organize /Coordinate procurement & logistic issues.
∎ Overall responsibilities to manage the financial and administrative system in implementation of service package in accordance with standard financial procedure in line with contract document and organizational policy and procedure.
