Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, E-commerce

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• ACCA Fully/Party Qualified

• Certified in Xero accounting software.

• Age 26 to 40 years

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English (IELTS band 7.5 or above).

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel will add extra value.

• Prepare daily receiving reports for Cash receipts, Bank Deposits, Re-Deposit, Dishonoured, Adjustment & Sales receipts of the corporate and reporting to the Head (Accounts & Finance).

• Communicating with clients based in the UK, invoice chase-up and keeping different documents as a priority.

• Preparing regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.

• Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

• Any other tasks as and when required and requested by the management.
