Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant subjects
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep track of the project funds;
∎ Maintain project bills, vouchers, ledger books, asset register and other relevant forms;
∎ Maintain salary sheets for all the project staff;
∎ Collect quotations from vendors and prepare purchase documents;
∎ Prepare regular (monthly, quarterly and annual) financial reports for the project team and Donor;
∎ Any other financial and administrative tasks as necessary for the project and office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two (02) years' experience in similar roles;
∎ MS Office package- especially MS Word and Excel is a must.
∎ No need to apply if someone does not have advanced knowledge on MS Word & Excel.
∎ Emailing and internet browsing capacity is must;
∎ Work under pressure and meeting deadlines;
∎ Ability to work with minimum supervision;
Salary: Tk. 33000 (Monthly)
