Job Context:
Biddabari is a leading EdTech platform in Bangladesh, dedicated to providing top-tier government job preparation and skill development programs. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our finance team at the Head Office in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities

• Monitor and track company expenses to ensure operational efficiency

• Handle internal and external audits, and tax-related issues

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records

• Ensure that all accounting and financial operations align with company policies and financial regulations

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• ACCA, ICMA, CA, or MBA in Finance will be considered an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Age: At most 28 years

• Strong knowledge of accountancy, financial reporting, and applicable rules & regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and internet/email operations

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve business goals

• Prior experience in a similar role will be highly preferred
