Sales Support Function
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper Sales Support from Factory in terms of Order booking, Order Scheduling, and Despatch of goods, as per IFOT. This to be done with SAP support and in co-ordination with PPC, Manufacturing, Technology, Finance and Dispatch Team
∎ Proper Sales Support to allocated Customers & Marketing team, in-line with Business Objectives and Management guidelines.
∎ Proper Coordination with various interfacing departments like PPC, Manufacturing, Technology, Finance, and Despatch for ensuring timely despatch of goods.
∎ SAP - O2C Module compliance, as per SW Group operations
∎ Maintain Customer Files, as per Office Procedures and management guidelines
∎ Data and MIS Support to all concerned persons/departments
∎ Support Other AMS colleagues, during their absence
∎ SAP - O2C Module management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills
∎ Knowledge and experience in printing and packaging business preferred.
∎ Good communication skills, English is a plus
∎ Knowledge of IT support would be an added advantage
