∎ Relief International (RI) has been working in Bangladesh since 2004, implementing programs covering emergency response, health, economic opportunity, trafficking in persons, gender equality and youth empowerment. RI has been present in Cox’s Bazar since 2014 where it was implementing a trafficking in person’s project in Ukhiya and Teknaf supporting old caseload refugees as well as host communities prior to the large-scale influx. Since 2017, RI has scaled up its operations in Cox’s Bazar to support the emergency response by providing integrated, multi-sectoral programming for refugee and host communities, covering health services, child protection, SGBV. Relief International is currently implementing a large scale refugee response program in Cox`s Bazar in Bangladesh in collaboration with multiple partners including UNHCR.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize CFRM data for Health & Nutrition project according to RI’s program objectives.
∎ Visit to Catchment Household and Collect the feedback, compline and response data with confidentiality.
∎ Conduct AAP session in the facility and community level and oversee record-keeping of the CFRM data.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Weekly and daily report and submit to line management.
∎ Ensure CFRM related IEC materials and posters visible in the facility.
∎ Maintain documentation and reporting and ensure record-keeping as per organization need with 100% confidentiality.
∎ Develop systems to ensure collection of CFRM information during early program design/start-up phases and re-evaluation of tools throughout the program cycle.
∎ Organize collection/analysis of Health & Nutrition data for activity reports.
∎ Maintain Compline box, CFRM Register, Hotline number with confidentiality.
∎ Develop/draft relevant tools, techniques, and guidelines for implementing CFRM Plan.
∎ Facilitate shared understanding process with project team on CFRM approach with support from MEAL Officer.
∎ Support/assist external consultant or MEAL Officer in designing and carrying out baseline, end-line, annual review and final evaluation.
∎ Collect and analyze CFRM data of results and outcome monitoring through field visit engaging program team and facilitate project/program informed planning and decision-making process.
∎ Introduce and handle (CFRM) accountability mechanism in the project (Beneficiary Satisfaction survey, complains box, Hotline number) and report regularly.
∎ Assist in developing appropriate CFRM monitoring systems (Result Framework with indicators) & tools for project and tools user guideline for filed staffs.
∎ Capture and Oversee documentation of best practices, case studies, success stories as evidence and project learning for future designing of project activities.
∎ Provide relevant information/data and tools necessary for the project’s designing and planning processes.
∎ Expedite capacity-building of the beneficiaries on CFRM process tools, data collection and reporting.
∎ Support other departments with CFRM data collection needs as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 02 (two) years of relevant job experience of similar position with data collection or implementation CFRM Activity in in NGO/INGO (experience in emergency context will get preference)
∎ Must have a good knowledge of the refugee context at Cox’s Bazar
∎ Strong flexibility in terms of mobility
∎ Good communication skills in local dialect
∎ Basic computer skill in MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Knowledge and experience of using data collection tools
∎ Safeguarding and Gender Sensitiveness
