Experience:

• Diploma in Architecture

Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture/ Professional 3D Max Course Completed.

• At most 5 years

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

1. Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
2. Skills Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp/ 3ds max, v-ray, Lumion, Photoshop.

1. Creative knowledge to produce new ideas and concepts for events, exhibitions and Brand Shop design.

2. Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, and v-ray rendering.

3. Prepare Design Concept, Plan, with detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization, Material, Cost Estimation, Agency Management, Site Monitor & execution if require.

4. Be able to research current situations and design trends, learn, new concepts and tools and keep updated.

5. Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Design.

6. Should be a team player and must have good communication skills.

7. Pro-active to work under pressure must be result-oriented with creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts.

8. Should have fluency in English.

9. Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

10. Follow-up and inspection during execution

11. The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.

12. Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design drawing.

13. Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project In-Charge& concerned person.

14. Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms, if need
