Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicates with 2D pattern maker & technical teams to get required information’s as well as product feasibility in terms of construction & styling by managing T&A.
∎ Follow up with PND technical teams to align most suitable construction into style.
∎ Basic virtual sample (3D) making
∎ Good sound with V Stitcher/CLO & Alvanon avatar platform.
∎ Understand the product & complete the 3D using suitable metrial/trims/colors into correct position/mode as required with adjusting Drape level (Grid) 0.1-0.8 (Standard 0.3) for better realist look in Ray Trace before Rendering.
∎ Able to work with average speed in Photoshop/elastrator where to makeup in allover 3D including all kind of embellishments/trims.
∎ Creative idea to complete any kind of belt/cord/Shoe/Cap into tie as request in final design I mage.
∎ Help in hand & managing capacity – keeping good relationship with software technical teams and communicating with them for continues improvement and provide quick sustainable solutions for day to day issues.
∎ Knowledge on 2D pattern making/spec sheet/Bill of material & sketch – garment construction
∎ Communicates with 2D pattern maker & technical teams to get required information’s as well as product feasibility in terms of construction & styling by managing T&A.
∎ Follow up with PND technical teams to align most suitable construction into style.
∎ Fabric Analyzing & Scanning
∎ Good sound with fabric analyzer or tool kit to capture actual physics into v stitcher or CLO
∎ Able to operate scan the fabric through Vzoo / VTEX scanner or take imagers through DSLR Camera to capture texture into Vatiticher or CLO.
∎ In good skill to complete the fabric design AOP or any other customer demand’s with maintaining correct repeat levels and removing tile effect through Vzoo software
∎ 3D Submission
∎ Upload 3D files (PPT, GIF, FBX, GLB, BW) to brand website & Follow up daily 3D comments review and respond.
∎ Maintain 3D submission hit rate 98%
∎ Re correction & submit again.
