∎ We are looking for 1st Class Boiler Operator - A-One Polar Ltd (Micro Fibre Group)
∎ Micro Fibre Group has started its business since two decades. Under one hand efforts and ceaseless devotion of nationwide well known textile engineer M. S. Zaman, Managing Director of the group. From its inception, the group generate to strategic planning feed backed by sophisticated machine, proper marketing and deployment of professional people in apparel spheres which resulted to access in global apparel business successfully. The group is well equipped by dyestuffs, chemicals, knitting, dyeing, all over and placement printing, embroidery, labeling and other allied accessories for garment production with sufficient supporting facilities.
∎ Job Location will be at Gaouchia, Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Any business that has a boiler system hires boiler operators to keep the system and all related equipment functioning. No matter the employer or how extensive the boiler system may be, the basic daily duties job responsibilities for boiler operators are as flows:
∎ Manage the boiler and other related machinery, ensuring it is functional and safe at all times.
∎ Inspect safety devices on a daily basis, running tests and reporting any unusual situations
∎ Monitor boiler water and fuel levels, making adjustments and activating valves as necessary to keep the boiler operational.
∎ Maintain records of operation, fuel and water levels, completed maintenance and other data.
∎ Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary.
∎ Perform necessary repairs and replacements, obtain replacement parts and upgrade components as needed while staying within the budget.
∎ Sustain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant technology and make recommendations for overhauls and upgrades.
∎ Observes pressure, temperature, and draft meters on the panel to verify specified operation of automatic combustion control systems, feed water regulators, stoker, pulverize, and burners.
∎ Other technical jobs as & when required by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1st Class Govt. boiler Operation license holder.
∎ Have sound knowledge about NG Boiler, Incineration Boiler operation & maintenance.
∎ Able to conduct all types of maintenance related to boiler and its accessories.
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
