Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is one of the leading development organizations in Bangladesh. Health is one of the core sectors of DAM. This sector is running drug treatment and rehabilitation centers and implementing Primary Health Care Program along with its other program like Tobacco Control, communicable and non-communicable diseases prevention, TB control, mental health care and `Health Nutrition Voucher Scheme for Poor, Extreme Poor & Socially Excluded People`. Urban health care support -Voucher Scheme-a new approach health care promotion. This sector is also providing health services to Rohigya people living in Bangladesh.DAM Health Sector is going to recruit some competent and self-motivated individuals for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Project Coordinator and monitor day to day activity, overall strategic planning and implementation of the project.
∎ Maintenance the health centers and to ensure the supply chain of medicine, lab reagents and other necessary items to camps.
∎ Leading the team of professional towards achieving the project target and distribute the responsibilities to the staffs and monitoring.
∎ He/She has to give input of 100% time for the project.
∎ He/She has to be responsible for providing technical support to the project.
∎ Regular coordination and management of the project activities.
∎ Hold regular communication with camp level key stakeholders like Upazilla Health Office, UNO, CiCs, Site Management of respective camps and other government and NGO service providers for reintegration.
∎ Design the activity plan of the project for achieving the target.
∎ Ensure Safeguard of all valuable assets of the project and optimum use of assets.
∎ Supervision and monitoring of all staffs I camps, their activities, progress of the project, oversight management and reporting.
∎ Proper documentation of project activities and capture the best practices.
∎ Attend to additional tasks as and when assigned for the project.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year.
∎ Experience in emergency humanitarian health services to Rohigya people is preferable.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
