Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term sales and promotional budgets and forecasts for the assigned region.
∎ Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze gaps, and implement strategic action plans to ensure sustainable business growth.
∎ Conduct extensive market visits to evaluate ACI's performance and competitive positioning, adjusting sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ Lead and oversee Area Managers to ensure the effective execution of sales plans and achievement of business objectives.
∎ Design and oversee the execution of promotional plans, ensuring Area Managers effectively implement campaigns and drive desired outcomes.
∎ Develop and implement innovative sales and promotional strategies to enhance market penetration and business expansion.
∎ Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
∎ Engage with key personnel at the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) and other stakeholders to strengthen relationships and gather market feedback.
∎ Provide continuous updates to the General Manager, Seed, on business performance and proactively initiate measures for improvement.
∎ Allocate and distribute promotional materials to Area Managers and Marketing Officers on a quarterly basis.
∎ Incorporating structured data analysis to track sales trends, market dynamics, and performance metrics would enhance decision-making.
∎ Including responsibilities related to strengthening customer engagement and retention strategies would improve long-term sales growth.
∎ Highlighting the adoption of digital tools, market intelligence software, or Agri-tech innovations.

∎ As an Zonal/Regional Sales Manager at ACI Seed, the selected candidates will play a vital role in driving business growth within their designated region by overseeing sales operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring the effective distribution of ACI Seed products.
