Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve short-term and long-term sales & collection targets.
Explain product features, characteristics, and quality to the customers.
Maintain good relationships with clients through regular physical visits.
Keep records of daily sales and prepare relevant reports for the supervisor.
Compile and provide the customer’s feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Gathering information about the market and providing it to the management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
Look after customer queries
