Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets within the zone.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
∎ Set sales targets and objectives for the team, and ensure alignment with the overall company goals.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales Executives/officer to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
