Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and territory managers.
Set performance targets and ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds them.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the zone.
Expand distribution networks by identifying potential distributors and retail partners.
Ensure effective coverage of the market by optimizing the deployment of the sales force.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
