Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and territory managers.
∎ Set performance targets and ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds them.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the zone.
∎ Expand distribution networks by identifying potential distributors and retail partners.
∎ Ensure effective coverage of the market by optimizing the deployment of the sales force.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and performance metrics.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
