Presently working as ZM or 7 Years as Sales Officer/Sales Representative in selling PVC-Pipe.
For experienced candidate education may be considered.
Mentality of rapid sales growth.
Effective leadership to Sales Officers to bring out expected result.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Mindset of traveling 80% of the total office time.
Able to handle huge work pressure and meet the target.
Territory may change as per the need of the organization.
Plan, organize and implement effective sales programs for the assigned zone.
Convert the monthly sales plan into actionable weekly and daily operational plans.
Allocate and communicate sales targets to Sales Officers and ensure target achievement.
Monitor, motivate and guide Sales Officers to consistently maintain standard sales performance.
Oversee daily activities of the sales team with a strong focus on daily targets and achievements.
Track competitor products, pricing, and activities, and update the supervisor accordingly.
Execute trade marketing activities to support sales target achievement.
Discuss and provide accurate and effective sales forecasts to the supervisor.
Analyze market trends and recommend new products or product lines.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
Identify potential clients/dealers and initiate new business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from the market.
