Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing, planning and implementing the development microfinance program
∎ Supervise for the effective and efficient implementation of programs and operations
∎ Provide leadership and direction of field operations
∎ Monitor the responsibilities of Regional Head within the Zone
∎ Preparing annual budget/loan disbursement and tracking its implementation in the Microfinance program
∎ To setup policy for new branch expansion
∎ Perform regular basis field trip and conduct monitoring the ongoing activities for ensuring qualities and its growth
∎ Provide support to set up a policy to way out from identified risk factor
∎ Leading and managing risk management of microfinance activities
∎ Ensuring rational financial reporting analysis
∎ Monitoring financial and programmatic performance
∎ Experience of Audit compliance
∎ Providing adequate and timely management information as per agreed formats and ways
∎ Conducting Staff evaluation/assessment and training
∎ Developing training schedules, modules, a related curriculum, and materials
∎ Strengthening and motivate the communities to participate in training and manage community development plan for capacity building
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 15 years' working experience in the Micro-finance field and 3 years' experience as Zonal Manager/Head with supervising Regional Managers/Heads
∎ Ability to undertake regular field visits.
∎ Excellent computer literacy is must (Ability to use MS Office- Word, Excel, and E-mail)
∎ Able to work in a team with Region/ Area/ branch office staff.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
