Responsibilities & Context:
Product Fulfillment: Collects outlet feedback on stock gaps and coordinates delivery schedules with the DC logistics team.
Maintain DC Stock Quality: Follows up on stock availability and reviews stock health/aging with the Category team.
STO & Replenishment: Creates and tracks STOs based on outlet needs and ensures balanced Days of Supply (DOS).
Expiry & Damage Control: Monitors damage percentages and ensures FEFO practices are strictly followed.
Reporting & Insights: Prepares weekly dashboards to highlight improvement areas and resolve outlet-level supply concerns.
