∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Bachelor degree in Animal Husbandry (B. Sc in AH) from any UGC-approved reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets
∎ Monitor day-to-day activities & take updates from the officer
∎ Identify & develop a plan for the defined gap market
∎ Monitoring feed sales and collecting dealer status
∎ Arrange all kinds of marketing & promotional activities in his/her territory
∎ Help in direct sales to the customer
∎ Collect data/reports from officers and share information with Manager accordingly
∎ Buildup strong relationships with the dealers
∎ Coordinate with the depot regarding dispatch & stock
∎ Credit management & confirm all payment
∎ Reporting to respective supervisor on various financial and non-financial activities
∎ Responsible for leading the supervisory area

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sales & Marketing experience in the Poultry Feed industry will get preference
∎ Good monitoring & supervising ability
∎ Hardworking & energetic
∎ Flexible and adaptive to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Good Technical Knowledge
∎ Minimum computer literacy with soft skills
