Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic initiatives. Monitor daily activities, ensuring timely updates from officers for optimal efficiency.
∎ Identify untapped markets and devise targeted plans to address identified gaps.
∎ Track feed sales and gather comprehensive dealer insights to enhance performance.
∎ Organize and implement all marketing and promotional activities within the assigned territory.
∎ Assist in direct sales efforts to customers, enhancing market penetration and customer engagement.
∎ Collect reports from officers and communicate key insights to the Manager for informed decision-making.
∎ Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with dealers to drive loyalty and growth.
∎ Collaborate with depots to ensure smooth dispatch and adequate stock levels. Manage credit control and ensure timely confirmation of all payments.
∎ Provide detailed reports to the supervisor on both financial and operational activities.
∎ Lead and guide the supervisory area, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with business goals.
