∎ Leadership & Monitoring ability marketing & sales in relevant field.
∎ Market research and fill up gap market.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales targets
∎ Preparing detailed Marketing Plan (including volume budget, revenue budget, item wise budget)
∎ Improve the skills of his team through direct helping/counseling and working with them.
∎ Set up detailed plan to achieve target with the help of his Supervisor/Management.
∎ Monitor day to day activities of Supervisors/Reportees along with own region.
∎ Oversee the productivity of sales of different parameters like volume, manpower, credit etc.
∎ To enhance more focus as per zonal characteristics of those areas
∎ To assist more precisely towards the overall performance of the respective manager
∎ To act as a filter point & problem solver of the zone
∎ Communicate with factory and depot about SKU wise production and distribution for respective zone
∎ Manage dealer distribution as per productivity of zone
∎ Arrange credit allocation for new customers as per productivity norms
∎ Closely monitor and attain monthly marketing activities –SGM, Campaign, and Seminar of respective zone
∎ Reporting to respective supervisor on various financial and non-financial activities
