We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yarn & Spinning Expert with strong practical knowledge in DTY, FDY, POY and thermoplastic yarn production. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing spinning operations, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and supporting continuous process improvement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise yarn production processes including DTY (Draw Textured Yarn), FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn), POY (Partially Oriented Yarn), Thermoplastic Yarn, PSF and Filament Yarn as well.

• Ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Monitor yarn quality standards and ensure compliance with industry benchmarks.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to spinning and texturizing processes.

• Coordinate with maintenance and development initiatives for operators and technicians.

• Maintain proper documentation and production reports.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or relevant field.

• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in yarn spinning and processing.

• Strong expertise in DTY (Draw Textured Yarn), FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn), POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) and thermoplastic yarn.

• Sound knowledge of spinning machinery, process parameters and quality control.
