∎ Diploma or B.Sc in textile engineering from any reputed university/institution.
∎ Educational requirements can be relaxed for highly experienced persons.
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing/ Washing,Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing/ Washing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge on fabric dyeing-finishing-printing processes.
∎ Dynamic to work with vendors, suppliers and partner factories for outsourcing of fabrics.
∎ To keep written records of the amount of fabrics printed & Finished fabrics.
∎ Communicate with co-workers, who perform other parts of the manufacturing process, and must notify management in the case of processing malfunctions.
∎ Must have the stamina to stay on their feet for extended periods of time.
∎ Good knowledge on dyes & chemicals 'recipe' for printing both natural and synthetic textiles.
∎ Deciding which dyes & chemical formula would create the right color & experience on screen preparation, all over and digital printing machine.
∎ Making up a sample print and checking to make sure it produces the right results.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied in the printing process.
∎ To use computer-controlled instruments to mix dyes for printing.
∎ Inspect the fabric to ensure they have been finished to the required specifications and no defects are present.
∎ Advice to mix the dyes & chemicals they use in their machines and coordinate printing processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet
∎ Basic knowledge on dying/finishing/weaving/garment making.
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing-Finishing-Printing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Willingness to work with challenges.
Salary: Negotiable
