Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be a graduate preferably from Industrial Engineering or Diploma in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Work Study

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
∎ Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP)
∎ Monitor workers' performance; Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation
∎ Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action
∎ Lost time recording(NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity
∎ Non-productive time calculation.
∎ Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring
∎ Closely work with the production floor/ line management
∎ Report to the superiors daily

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Ms-Word, Ms-Excel
∎ Ability to work for longer period in production floor
∎ Hard Working, Patience
