Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include developing components on the server-side with WordPress and WP based technologies
∎ Expert on PHP, OOP, MVC.
∎ Has a working experience on MySQL, and JavaScript.
∎ Must have WordPress Theme development experience for a WordPress developer.
∎ Must have the experience to develop a WordPress plugin.
∎ Has a clear understanding of WordPress Actions, Hooks, Custom Queries and Meta Fields.
∎ Strong knowledge of WordPress, theme or plugin development.
∎ Solid understanding of WordPress Action/Hooks/Database and its APIs.
∎ Self-confidence and ability to work with minimal supervision
∎ Excellent knowledge about WP custom post type, custom taxonomy and custom meta box
∎ Clear concepts of WordPress Actions, Hooks, custom queries, meta fields.
∎ Expert understanding of API integration, common WordPress plugins and WordPress template structure and their implications for development and client objectives
∎ Optimize performance of applications utilizing industry standards on all ends of the architecture.
∎ Developing POCs/MVPs quickly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3, as well as Strong knowledge in advanced HTML5 features such as Web Worker, Caching and Browser storages etc.
∎ Mobile friendly experience is a plus.
∎ Experience in integrating web applications with APIs.
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
∎ Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX and JSON.
∎ Experience with popular wordpress workflows (wordpress with wp-smart-contact plugin)
∎ Version control experience (GIT).
∎ Experience with specific phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, requirements analysis, design, development, and test.
∎ Expert understanding of programming theory, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, etc.
∎ Possess clear understanding of SDLC and other industry standard development practices
∎ Collaborate with Back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic.
