In this role at Retail Solution, you will design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, implement custom themes and plugins, optimize site performance and security, and contribute to both front-end and backend functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web experiences, tackling projects that push your skills and creativity to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

• Implement backend functionality using PHP, MySQL, and other server-side technologies.

• Configure and optimize server environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to create responsive and visually appealing websites.

• Optimize website performance, security, and follow SEO best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.

• Maintain documentation for all development projects.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and web development trends.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A relevant certifications (e.g., WordPress Developer Certification, PHP/MySQL Certification) will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer

• Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, customization, and backend development.

• Knowledge of website optimization techniques (speed, SEO, security).
