Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in WordPress development, website maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company website and client websites.

∎ Develop, customize, and manage WordPress websites using themes and Elementor, ensuring responsiveness, user-friendly design, and smooth functionality.
∎ Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to keep client sites secure, optimized, and running efficiently.
∎ Optimize website speed and performance using caching, image compression, lazy loading, database cleanup, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
∎ Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, structured URLs, schema markup, keyword placement, and proper heading hierarchy.
∎ Set up and maintain website security, including firewalls, malware scanning, two-factor authentication, and SSL certificate management.
∎ Manage website hosting, domain configurations, SSL certificates, and DNS settings, ensuring smooth server performance, uptime, and resolving hosting-related issues.
∎ Install, configure, and manage essential plugins, third-party integrations, WooCommerce setups, and contact forms while ensuring compatibility and security.
∎ Debug and fix Elementor issues, plugin conflicts, broken layouts, and other WordPress-related errors for a seamless user experience.
∎ Set up and configure website backup systems, ensuring regular backups are stored securely for quick recovery in case of issues.
∎ Create and update landing pages, blog pages, and content layouts, ensuring they align with SEO, UX, and conversion optimization strategies.
∎ Implement Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking pixels to monitor traffic, performance, and user behavior for data-driven improvements.
∎ Provide technical support and direct communication with clients, troubleshooting issues, implementing requested changes, and ensuring satisfaction.
∎ Manage multiple client websites, maintaining an organized workflow, keeping track of ongoing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
∎ Document website configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps, and provide basic training to clients on managing their sites.
∎ Stay updated on WordPress, Elementor, SEO, hosting, and security trends, continuously improving processes and implementing best practices.
