• This job is only for candidates who live in Mirpur or have plans to move to Mirpur after getting the job.

• This position is strictly location-based, so remote work or hybrid options are not available.

• Monthly salary range: 15,000 BDT to 20,000 BDT. If your salary expectation is more than the mentioned range, please do not apply.

• Even if your expectation is 20,001 BDT as a starting salary, we kindly request you not apply.

• During the 3-month probation period, employees will receive 75% of the agreed salary.

• Current students, running students, or individuals planning to resume studies soon are not eligible for this role. If you have ongoing or upcoming study plans or commitments, please do not apply.

• This is not a technical, engineering, or programming position. If you are a programmer, software engineer, web developer, or planning to pursue a career in those fields, please do not apply for this job.

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, business directories, and industry events.

• Extract and compile contact information from various online sources, including websites, LinkedIn, trade publications, and databases.

• Ensure all contact lists are segmented based on relevant factors such as industry, company size, and location for targeted outreach.

• Enrich lead and contact data by researching and adding key information, such as job titles, company details, and contact preferences.

• Verify and validate contact information to ensure accuracy before adding it to the CRM or marketing databases.

• Regularly update and cleanse contact lists to remove outdated or incorrect information, maintaining high data quality.

• High skill and experience required in Google Search, web research, internet research, excel, google sheet

• Conduct detailed internet research to gather relevant data on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
