Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop effective marketing strategy for the Project in line with organization objectives & running the day-to-day implementation and improvement.
∎ Survey and analyze market trends, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies.
∎ Supervise and monitor the FDMN Market, Market shop owner and sort out their daily basis need & provide proper solution & conducting market survey to identify livelihood opportunities for promotion and growth for the FDMN.
∎ Documentation of daily basis market sales, women market information and Analysis.
∎ Create model shop in the market, make product & participate in different exhibition.
∎ Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the Project presence
∎ Coordination with Center Manager, Market actors, corporate sector and providing the necessary information to the Livelihood Coordinator for market development
∎ Take leadership in designing and the production of women market needs collaboration with Center production & market demand.
∎ Maintaining communication with FDMN financial management.
∎ Ensure market beneficiary data base (Floating and Permanent), daily attendance in the market and as a safe place for women.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Strong livelihood, cash programming and emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
