Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent's duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the market.
∎ Lead the sales team and help to reach new heights by providing guidance, advice and support
∎ Lead the sales team members to achieve the sales targets.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ Liaison with Marketing, Business Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target
∎ Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses, on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Good experience in selling Consumer goods, e.g., Condensed Milk, Atta-Maida-Suji, Water, Edible Oil, Salt, Powder Milk & Tea.
∎ Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.
