∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, maintain and establish sales strategies.
∎ Distribute and monitor retail chain.
∎ Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department focusing on the company's strategic goals.
∎ Establish performance goals for all bottom-line sales employees and monitor performances on a continual basis.
∎ Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
∎ Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the Company.
∎ Research and develop strategies and plan which identifies marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
∎ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results.
∎ Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
∎ Plan and coordinate public affairs and communications efforts to include public relations and community outreach.
∎ Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with experience in Snacks Line will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
