Job Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing Actionaid Bangladesh supported a project title "Response to the Humanitarian crisis- Forcefully Displace Mayenmar Nationalis (FDMN) in Bangladesh".
∎ YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position.
∎ Job location: Ukhiya under Cox`s Bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Women Friendly Space (WFS) Manager Reportable to the Project coordinator
∎ She must build /develop Smooth Relationship with relevant stakeholder (CIC , Site Management, other organization)
∎ Contributing to the elaboration of the reporting (data collection, narrative report, Prepared weekly, monthly, bi- weekly report) according to donor/project requirements.
∎ Supervision & monitoring project staff and volunteer
∎ Assist to prepare staff work plan & ensure the implementation.
∎ Data collection, analysis & documentation of all WFS Related activity.
∎ Conduct & facilitate the training, meeting, workshop
∎ Mobilize the target program participants for achieve the objectives
∎ Engaging women leaders in the camp coordination meeting and keep record.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years job experience and 1 year in similar functions at any NGO
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect).
∎ Sound knowledge of project activities and management
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and decision making skills
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication skills including a high level of written and spoken English
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 45,000 with other benefits as per project budget
