Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on BEPZA Instruction no. 1 & 2 of 1989.
∎ Counseling to workers.
∎ Maintaining worker's welfare issue.
∎ Independently handling worker's grievance issue.
∎ Conduct various training program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Garments/Textiles, Factory HR, Recruitment & selection, Training & Development, General HR.
