Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor & check the Health, Safety & Welfare related issues, prepare list & take necessary steps for correction under the supervision of team Leader.
∎ To conduct induction/orientation program for new workers as per schedule.
∎ To attend & prepared documents of different committee meeting.
∎ To collect all necessary updated license from concern dept. & maintain file.
∎ To prepare & keep training documents as per training schedule.
∎ To face social compliance audit & Certification audit as a team member and assist team leader during audit.
∎ Organize & conduct maternity awareness training with maintain documents on monthly basis & counseling pregnant workers on regular basis.
∎ Monitoring & preparing wastage inventory report.
∎ Arrange health checkup for the workers working hazardous task and make a documents on it.
∎ To do any work assigned by higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
