Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Legal Compliance and Buyers' COC.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of welfare activities in a compliant factory.
∎ Handle a wide range of Audit teams.
∎ Strong follow-up on all compliance-related matters.
∎ Educate the workers about the rules & regulations, compliance issues, health & safety, first aid etc.
∎ Carrying out floor visits (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Ensure Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
∎ Handle maternity workers' health and benefits issues.
∎ Conduct worker's awareness training & meetings.
∎ Must be able to ensure good relationships between workers and management.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
