Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline
∎ Ensure a safe, healthy, and positive work environment for all employees.
∎ To counsel the absentee workers and identify the root cause
∎ To make sure monitor workers' facilities (canteen, restroom, drinking water, childcare, medical services) to ensure compliance with labor laws.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with WPC and Safety committee to understand and address their concerns
∎ To maintain grievance registers and ensure timely resolution of worker complaints
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules (2015), Better Work ILO standards, and buyer COC requirements
∎ Conduct training on workplace ethics, gender equality, anti-harassment police & Management training As per compliance requirement
∎ To maintain corresponding data Records/Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the HR Head
∎ Ensure employee participation in games & sports, social & cultural event
∎ Managing different types of committees & their activity
